Our tailored detailing packages are avaible in out studio only located in Kirkham.

We cannot provide thes packages as a mobile service unless the client has an appropriate indoor space (garage,studio) temperature controlled.

Paint enhancement/correction can significantly improve the aesthetic appeal of a vehicle, making the paint look like new again. it is a popular service amonst car enthusiasts, collectors and owners who want to maintain their vehucles appearance at a high level. it also improves the vehicles resale value

WHAT IS PAINT ENHANCEMEMT/CORRECTION?
the goal of paint enhancement/correction is to acheive a smooth,flawless finish that enhances the overall look of the vehicle. it requires skill, experience and the correct tools to safely and effectivly correct the paint withput casuing damage. we do this by removing imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, water spots, oxidation and other defects such as heavy orange peel or badly repaired panels.

GLOSS ENHANCEMENT

A combination of cutting compound with foam and/or microfibre pads to improve the overall gloss of the vehicel whist removing light defects such as swirls, marring and light scratches known as a single stage machine polish.

THE PROCESS

THE DETAILED SAFE WASH – deemed the safest process to clean a vehicle and reducin the risk of scratching or marring the vehicles paintwork

-Wheels, tyres and arches thoroughly deep cleaned to remove any embedded dirt, brake dust and deposits
-Citrus prewash, the first stage in prewashing the vehicle designed to remove the main bulk of dirt from the vehicle using a strong but safe chemical and rinsed
-Snow foam, the second stage in prewashing the vehicle. with longer dwelling times this allows any embedded dirt to be softened before being rinsed away
-door shuts, fuel caps and sensitive areas will be cleaned using a detailing brush, chemical and agitated before being rinsed
-Contact wash. the vehicle will be cleaned using the 2 bucket, 2 mitt safe wash methos removing any remaining film from the vehicel before being rinsed
-Decontamination. the vehicle will receive a 2 stage chemical decontamination to remove any tar deposits and iron fallout particles from the vehicle safely
-Clay bar. a treatment designed to remove any remaining contaminants from the paintwork and glass leaving a smooth finish ready for machine polishing
– the vehcile will now be thoroughly dried using microfibre drying towels and blown dried to remove any remianing trapped water
– plastics and sensitive areas will be masked to prevent any damage
-enhancement. the vehicle will now undergo a number of test areas ensuring the pad/compound combination used will provide the best possible results using a fine or medium compound
-Finishing. the vehcile will now be cleaned, crevices blown clear of any remainng compound before using an alchohol panel wipe to esure any remaining residue has been removed
-protection. all packages include a 6 month hard wax and glass sealant as standard

PAINT CORRECTION

Minor/major paint correction, including sanding of deep defects and using a combination of cutting compound with foam and microfibre/wool pads to improve the overall gloss of the vehicle whist removing medium to heavy defects such as swirls, marring and deep scratches
‘Please note, it is not always possible to acheive 100% perfection on a vehcile. this may be due to depth of scratches, thickness of clear coat (lacquer) and poor panel repairs/repainted panels. we will always aim to achieve as much as is possible to ensure your vehicle is as flawless as can be acheived, whilst maintaining the safety of your vehicles paintwork’

  Laurence did a fantastic job detailing my BMW 1 series with his mobile equipment. He's got an undeniable eye for detail and took the time to do a thorough clean inside and out, despite me only requesting one of his more basic services.

We discussed options for paint correction and sealants without forcing an unnecessary and possibly pricey service that wouldn't suit my needs.

His professionalism and attention to detail is so impressive. He corrected the mess the dealer had made when polishing my car and leaving unsightly ‘holograms’. He then went on to apply a ceramic coating. The car looked beautiful when completed. He even criticised some of his own work and insisted he correct it to a standard he was happy with.
